Returns
Policy
We are sure that you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason
you wish to return or exchange goods, this must be done within 14 days of
invoice date. Please note that we can only exchange or refund products in
perfect condition. We regret that we cannot refund return postage. Please
ensure that the parcel contains your name, address, daytime telephone number
and reason for returning, together with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
In the unlikely event of your purchases being damaged during transit,
you must inform us immediately on receipt of goods and we will take steps
to remedy the situation. Please retain evidence of such damaged goods
for 30 days.
How to Cancel
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel
the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until
seven days after delivery. If you choose to cancel the contract, you can
notify us by email or letter. If we have already shipped your order, you
will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us at your
cost. We will refund the purchase price but postage and packing costs
are not refundable.
Back Orders
If an item you have ordered is not in stock, you will always be contacted
with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, otherwise
we will back order keeping you informed of the status of your order.
Privacy Policy
When you purchase from us it is necessary to collect certain information
from you. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use
this information lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act
1998). Data collected is used for 2 reasons:
1. to process your order
2. to provide you with the best possible service.
Prices
All printed prices in our website are in £ sterling, including VAT
and excluding carriage.
Trade prices (available on request for clubs, centre,
coaches and shops) are in £ sterling excluding VAT and carriage.
Minimum first order value £50 net.
We will maintain printed prices as long as possible. However, if unavoidable
cost increases are incurred, we do reserve the right to charge the prices
ruling at the time of despatch.
Credit Facilities
We regret that we cannot offer any credit facilities for Internet sales.
However, trade customers such as clubs, centres and coaches will be offered
this facility against orders that are received on our official order form
by post, fax or telephone. Please note that these orders will be despatched
as soon as possible on the understanding that payment will be made within
14 days of date of invoice. Continuation of this facility will only be
maintained where strict observance of our terms of payment is adhered
to.
Title
Title to the goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods have
been paid for in full.
Descriptions
We are careful to ensure that descriptions and photographs represent correctly
the products available. However, some variations may occur and we reserve
the right to amend product specification without prior notice.
